Bulgaria
Bulgaria, located in South Eastern Europe, is officially known as the Republic of Bulgaria and famous for producing number one yogurt in the world. It joined NATO in 2004 and the European Union in 2007. It has free market economy and based on its economy, it can be declared as a developed industrialized nation. Main crops of this agricultural nation include: wheat, barley, vegetables, tobacco, sunflower seeds and sugar beets. Grapes and other fruits along with roses are also cultivated. Main mineral resources of Bulgaria are copper, lead, zinc, coal, bauxite, lignite, iron ore, and oil and natural gas.
