Switzerland, located in Central Europe, is officially known as the Swiss Confederation. It is one of the most prosperous and stable economies in the world and it ranks amongst the secure investment places in the world. Switzerland relies on exports to generate income and their most exported products include precision instruments, machines, electronics, watches and chemicals. Important industries include chemicals, health and pharmaceutical, measuring instruments, musical instruments, real estate, banking and insurance, tourism and international organizations. It ranks 16th, out of 178 nations, in the Ease of Doing Business Index.
